Company Profile
ATT is a privately owned business that commenced operation in Brisbane in 1985. Originally started by the current directors operating out of a 200 square meter office at Sumner Park with 5 vehicles, then moving its operations to a larger facility of 1300 square meters containing both office space and warehousing.
Today ATT operate out of a state of the art facility at Richlands which provides 6000 square meters in warehouse and office space to accommodate the company’s ongoing growth. The growth has been possible due to the company recognizing the importance of meeting the service offer to its clients.
Mission Statement
Our mission statement is a simple one: Quality service provided at value pricing, ensuring a fair shareholder return. We strive to achieve this by maintaining our own high standards in every aspect of our business practices.
Ongoing Growth
Due to the quality and dedication of the ATT staff and drivers, the company has grown over the past 20 years and is currently recognized as one of Brisbane’s largest transport companies with a fleet of approximately 150 vehicles.
The Future
ATT are continually creating new services, the latest being the ATT crane division. This added to the existing stable of services allows ATT to specifically tailor services and pricing structures to meet the ever changing needs and demands of the customer.
Technology
ATT has recognized the need to embrace IT in its day to day operations. We have invested heavily in portable data terminals to provide customers with real time information and electronic proof of deliveries, including signature capture. The benefits in this directional change will enable ATT to:
- Meet customers' future demands
- Remove paperwork
- Reduce communication problems
How It Works
- ATT provide a portable data terminal to the contractor drivers
- Contractor drivers simply log on when they are ready to commence operations for the day
- The ATT dispatcher transmits the jobs as they occur to the contractor driver via the portable data terminal
